  • Feel free to link up just about anything {that is appropriate, of course}.  Recipes, Tutorials, Inspiration, Crafts, Printables -- If you blogged it, feel free to link it!  If you didn't... don't!
  • It's not mandatory, but I would {love} for you to follow my blog.
  • Please link to your specific post and not your entire blog.
  • Please add this party to your linky party list.
  • Please do NOT link Etsy stores, giveaways, or other link parties! Unfortunatley, your entry will be deleted {boo!}
  • Take a few extra minutes to visit some of the bloggy goodness that has been linked up.
  • Most importantly: HAVE FUN!  Feel free to grab my button and spread the linky {love}.

  6. Hi Kelly. My name is Sarah, my blog is Skylar Magazine. I'm trying to find some partys to link up with and I would really love to link up to this one, it looks like so much fun and I'm trying to connect with other creative people. The problem is I am not yet officially a crafter, though I am trying to venture into it. Right now I am looking for inspiration from others, because I'm just not sure where I want to start and there are so many options.

    Well, I shouldn't say I'm not a crafter. Skylar use to be a print magazine that I printed and put together myself from scratch. It became expensive and stressful so I turned it into a blog and that has worked out great. It still has the same concept it always had, it's just not a paper mag and you don't have to pay to subscribe.

    I also work with and train my own models. I'm not an expert or a modeling coach, but have been studying fashion and modeling for about 20 years or so on my own. It is important for them to learn how to take the kind of pics I need. It has worked out so well, I turned it into a program that all models are required to go through.

    So, I guess my craft is training models. The challenging part is training them through the Internet. It's not easy trying to explain in email where to put this and that, but it's fun. So, I was wondering if I could link up posts related to what I do? I'd really like to show people how it works, all the things they get to do and how they progress.

    You can find my blog at this link if you would like to check it out http://skylarinc.blogspot.com/
    .

    Thanks,

    Sarah
