{Heart Day} Sandwich Cookies

In case you get into a last minute baking pickle this week, I thought I would share a very simple and yummy semi-homemade treat.  I teamed up with Betty Crocker, by making a quick trip to the grocery store (of course) -- and we whipped up some super "sweet" treats to share with you.  Enjoy!

That looks so easy, yet so good at the same time. I think this must have been a week for semi-homemade, I used a cake mix this week myself. I found you via the My Girlish Whims link party.
